Cancellation Policy
ALL appointment cancellations OR rescheduling MUST be done 36 hours in advance to avoid fees! Cancellation/Rescheduling notice may be delivered via text, call/voicemail, or email. Notice is considered effective at the time of sending regardless of my immediate response. Text messages are HIGHLY preferred 219-307-1795. Please read the additional details below.
*RETURNING CLIENT*
-Late Cancel Penalty: Less than 36 hours notice results in a 50% charge of the total value of service(s) booked.
-No Call No Show Penalty: 100% charge of the total value of service(s) booked.
-RESCHEDULING less than 36 hours in advance will generally result in a fee of $25+. This is subject to change based on appointment length/rate, please inquire for additional details.
*NEW CLIENTS*
-Late Cancel Penalty: If you are a new client and cancel your very first appointment less than 36 hours in advance without rescheduling, you will not be charged a late fee. However, you will lose standard booking privileges and must pay 100% of the service total upfront for any future appointments.
-No Call No Show Penalty: Failure to communicate and/or failure to show up entirely to your very first appointment, you are subject to being permanently banned from booking any future services with us.
ZERO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THIS POLICY.
*Appointments that need to be cancelled or rescheduled due to Medical Emergencies, Illness/Disability, Accidents and or Inclement Weather are exempt from fees*
